Grievance Procedure (for the events)
- The person with a grievance will first try to informally resolve it by contacting International Online Sexology Supervisors ([email protected]) or the Event Facilitator Francesca Tripodi ([email protected]) with the issue concerning the training, its delivery, the evaluation method, or technological issue.
- If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the resolution through informal means, the aggrieved person shall put their grievance in writing to International Online Sexology Supervisors ([email protected]) or the Event Facilitator Francesca Tripodi ([email protected]).
- International Online Sexology Supervisors and the Event Facilitator (Francesca Tripodi) will then consult with appropriate personnel at the organization that has approved the course to find fair methods of resolving the grievance.
- If the aggrieved person is not satisfied with the solutions, they will be directed to put their grievance in writing and contact AASECT. The appropriate AASECT personnel can be reached at [email protected].
- The AASECT CE Provider (International Online Sexology Supervisors) or the Event Facilitator (Francesca Tripodi) will abide by any decisions regarding resolving the grievance
